Description
A 20 ft office container, new or used from $6,000 — a container shell fitted out as a working office with R-13 walls and roof, a commercial steel door with deadbolt, tile flooring and a 125 A panel box.
R-13 in both the walls and the roof is the specification that makes a steel box workable in a Texas summer and a Panhandle winter. Framed, insulated and drywalled interior with tile floor and vinyl wall base, black non-slip vinyl in some builds, and a commercial steel personnel door on a deadbolt rather than a domestic lock.
Electrical is a 125 A panel box with the fit-out described in the individual listing. Doors can be specified front or side, and roll-up doors are among the optional fabrications. Exterior colours run to gentian blue (RAL 5010), cobalt blue (RAL 5013) and bottle green (RAL 6007).
External dimensions are the standard 20 ft footprint: 6.58 by 2.44 by 2.62 m, with 5.80 by 2.34 by 2.38 m inside and a 5,181 lb tare. The man door is 3 ft wide. Any permit required to place an occupied structure on your land is the buyer's to obtain.
