Delivery times

Receiving your order

Check the condition of the package on delivery. If the package is damaged or a product is missing, note specific reservations with the carrier and let us know as soon as possible at contact@imctransport.com, with photos if possible. Your legal warranties apply in all cases.

Returns

You have 14 days after receipt to return a new, complete and unused product (details and exceptions in our Terms and Conditions of Sale).

1. Let us know by email at contact@imctransport.com, stating your order number.
2. Send the complete product back, in its original packaging if possible, no later than 14 days after your request, to: 525 WEST 69th STREET HIALEAH, FL 33014, 33014 HIALEAH, United States.
3. Return shipping is paid by you. Keep your proof of shipment.

Refunds

We refund the price of the product within 14 days after receiving the return, using the same means of payment as the order.

Defective or non-conforming products

Contact us at contact@imctransport.com or call +1 862-230-9001: we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you or, failing that, refund it, in accordance with the warranties described in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
