10 ft Office Container with AC

Description

4.5 (6 reviews)·SKU PL-3749$1,500In stockA 10 ft container converted to a small office: lined with 50 mm cool-room panel, vinyl floor, personnel door and window, electrical fit-out and air conditioning already installed. $1,500.

This is a finished room in the smallest container footprint that will hold one. The 50 mm cool-room panel is the same insulated sandwich panel used in chillers — it goes up fast, it is washable, and it insulates far better per inch than framed batt. With a PA door, a window and the AC already in, the only site work is a power connection.

Ten by eight is roughly 62 usable square feet after lining: enough for a desk, a chair and a filing cabinet, or a site supervisor's station, or a gatehouse. Any permit needed to place an occupied structure on your land is the buyer's to obtain.
