What separates this from a basic concession shell is the cooking infrastructure. A 48 in × 14 ft commercial grease hood with two fans covers a full cook line, the 100 A electrical package runs 20 A plugs on individual circuits, and two 15,000 BTU A/C and heat units keep the crew workable in a Texas summer.

The water side has a sink package with 30 gal fresh and 50 gal waste tanks, a 6 gal water heater and a city water fill box. A 36 in generator box with a slide-out tray and drop-down leg sits on the extended tongue, and two 100 lb propane cages are fitted.

Inside, 8 ft of height, insulated walls and ceiling in mill-finish aluminum, black ATP flooring and mill-finish counters. The service window has glass, screens and a flip-up outside counter. A 48 in RV-style entry door with screen, a 36 in access door, two roof vents and LED lights. Outside: blackout trim, 24 in black stone guard on the V-nose, sides and rear, and two 5,200 lb braked axles.
