Description
A marketing and merchandise trailer rather than a kitchen: an 8 ft open concession window with no glass or screens, 7 ft 6 in inside, and a floor-to-ceiling storage unit.
Leaving the glass and screens out of an eight-foot window is the right call for merchandise. Nothing between you and the customer, no reflection on the display, and no screen to obstruct handing goods across — where a food trailer needs the barrier, a retail one does not. The floor-to-ceiling storage unit with shelving on 18 in spacing is sized for stock rather than ingredients.
The rest is specified for comfort over a long event day: a versatile A/C and heat package, fully insulated walls and ceiling, white aluminum wall covering and durable rubber coined flooring. A 100 amp electrical package with 20 amp plugs on individual circuits, a 24 in extended tongue with a 36 in generator platform, four D-rings for transit, crank jacks on all four corners, a 36 in entry door, stainless countertops, and 3,500 lb braked axles on steel wheel radials.
