Description
A black-on-black twelve-footer built around an 11 ft flip-up serving wall, a 42 in × 6 ft commercial grease hood and an upgraded fire suppression system.
An eleven-foot flip-up wall on a twelve-foot trailer means almost the entire side opens. That is a high-volume service arrangement — several customers served at once, staff working the full length of the counter — rather than the single window most compact units carry. Sixteen feet of interior partition wall separates cooking from storage so the two do not collide mid-service.
The hood and suppression system are what make this a cook trailer rather than a serving trailer. Dual 100 lb propane cages sit outside the body with a fully integrated propane package plumbed in. A 50 amp electrical system with 20 amp plugs on independent circuits, aluminum mill walls and ceiling on the cook side with wood on the storage side, rubber flooring, a rear 36 in ramp door, an extended tongue, a 7,000 lb braked axle, and six LED lights inside and six out.
