7′ X 12′ Custom Restroom / Bathroom Trailer

Description

A restroom trailer rather than a food unit: 7 ft × 12 ft with two separate stalls per restroom, a 6 gal water heater and pull-out steps at each door.

Two separate stalls in each restroom is what makes this usable at a real event — privacy and throughput at the same time, from a trailer small enough to tow behind a half-ton. Pull-out steps at each door matter more than they sound: a restroom trailer parked on grass sits high, and the step is what makes it accessible to everyone attending.

White aluminum walls with contrasting black aluminum stall dividers, fully insulated walls and ceiling, and rubber coined flooring for slip resistance and easy cleaning. A dual A/C and heat package keeps it usable in any weather, a 6 gal water heater supplies warm water, and a city water fill box handles refills. A 50 amp electric package with 20 amp plugs on individual circuits, an extended tongue with a generator box and slide tray, a front V-nose access door, crank jacks, aluminum countertops, LED lighting inside and out, and a single 3,500 lb braked axle on steel wheels with radials.
