Buying a concession trailer with the appliance line already fitted removes the hardest part of a build — matching equipment to hood, gas and electrical capacity, and getting it all through plan review as one package. Here a 7 ft Larkin commercial grease hood covers the fryer and griddle, and a mini-split A/C and heat package handles the heat load with precise control.
Power is a 50 amp package with 20 amp plugs, independent circuits and a 25 ft 50 amp cable. Water is a 30 gal fresh and 50 gal waste pairing with a 6 gal heater. Two 100 lb propane cages store fuel outside the body. The service window is 5 ft with glass, screens and a flip-up counter, in a crisp white semi-screwless exterior with aluminum mill walls, insulated walls and ceiling, standard stone guard, an extended tongue with generator platform, a 36 in access door and a 36 in rear entry door. Tandem 3,500 lb braked axles on steel wheels with radials, 7 ft 6 in inside.
