The intended uses are the honest ones: temporary warehouse, site office, covered work area. It arrives as a folded assembly and opens with minimum labour, which is what makes it viable for a project that needs covered space for a season rather than a decade.
Interior roof is flame-retardant foam with aluminium-magnesium-manganese thermal insulation; flooring is glass magnesium board under 2 mm wear-resistant laminate leather. Exterior doors are porcelain white aluminium with steel doorsteps and non-slip mats, a waterproof steel doorway and an aluminium alloy doorway strip. Hydraulic brake pressure is 3,000 N and hinge pulley blocks are rated one tonne. Snow load 40 lb/ft²; quoted R-value 0.2–0.5 m²·K/W.
