A 20 ft office container on a one-trip shell with lighting, power, heat and air conditioning, about 160 sq ft. It is aimed at project managers, event organisers and pop-up retailers who want a finished room at ground level.

The point of this unit is that it sits at ground level, so there are no stairs, ramps or skirting to buy before people can walk in. Two sliding windows come with screens, locks and blinds, and at counter height they double as serving or ticket windows. That is why the same box turns up as a festival box office, a food stand or a pop-up shop as often as a site office.

Inside, the walls and ceiling are finished in white and lit by two LED ceiling strips on a wall switch. There is electric service and a heating and air-conditioning unit, so the room works through summer and winter. The door has a deadbolt lock, the exterior sides are paneled, and fork pockets let the unit be picked up and moved to the next job.

Other suggested uses include a breakroom, a medical or first-aid office and climate-controlled retail storage. Like any container office, it needs a level base and an electrician to connect the supply on arrival.
