Short and strong is an unusual combination and a useful one. At sixteen feet this is the most maneuverable deckover in the range, and the 14,000 lb rating means it carries as much as trailers half again its length. If your loads are heavy and compact — a mini excavator, block, steel, a single tractor — the extra length elsewhere is just weight and turning circle you do not need.

The deck sits above the wheels, so the full 8 ft 6 in width is usable across the whole platform with no wheel wells to plan around. Electric brakes are fitted. Subtract the empty weight from the 14,000 lb GVWR to find real payload, and tow it on a receiver rated for the job with a brake controller in the vehicle.
