Description
The smallest steel trailer in this range: a 5 × 10 ft dovetail utility trailer on a 3,500 lb Dexter axle, for push mowers, a small garden tractor, trash runs and anything that fits a pickup bed but not neatly.
Five feet wide means it tracks inside the width of almost any vehicle with a hitch, including smaller SUVs, and it fits through a standard garden gate. It is the trailer for people who want to haul occasionally and store it without giving up a parking space.
The gate is short thanks to the dovetail and is braced with five internal supports; it folds forward for the full floor. Four D-rings take straps, and the tongue wraps back to the first wheel to keep the frame rigid.
One greaseable Dexter axle rides on 15 in steel wheels with Kenda radials. The floor is pressure-treated #1 pine, the fenders are diamond plate, and there is a spare holder at the front, LED lighting throughout and a Sherwin-Williams powder coat.
