This trailer gives you the space and utilities without the hood, which suits vendors serving pre-made food, coffee, shaved ice or merchandise, or anyone who wants to spec their own kitchen. There is 20 ft of box at 8.5 ft wide, with 7.6 ft of interior height.

The 100 A electrical package has 20 A circuits and is prepared for an independent A/C and heat unit. The sink package includes a 30 gal fresh tank, a 50 gal waste tank, a 2.5 gal water heater and a city water fill box. Walls and ceiling are insulated and finished in mill aluminum, over rubber flooring.
