This one comes with a hood already installed, a 7 ft commercial grease hood, which is usually the most expensive part of converting a trailer for hot food. Appliances, the generator and fire suppression are not included in the price and are sold as separate options, so budget for those.
A mini-split handles both cooling and heat. The 50 A electrical package has 20 A plugs on independent circuits and comes with a 25 ft 50 A power cord. The sink package includes a 30 gal fresh tank, 50 gal waste tank, 6 gal water heater and city water fill.
The white semi-screwless exterior is easy to keep clean. Inside, 7 ft 6 in of headroom, insulated mill aluminum walls and ceiling, and coined rubber flooring. The 5 ft window has glass, screens and a flip-up counter. There is a 36 in access door and a 36 in rear entry door, an extended tongue with a generator platform, two 100 lb propane cages, LED lights and two 3,500 lb axles with brakes on radial tires.
