Description
Ladder racks over 6 ft mesh sides on a 7×16 dovetail utility trailer, riding on two braked 5,200 lb Lippert axles — for trades that carry ladders, lumber and heavy debris at once.
Contractors tend to need a trailer that does two jobs: long stock up top, loose material below. Here the racks take extension ladders, pipe or trim boards above head height, and the six-foot mesh walls hold shingles, drywall scrap or cut limbs. Heavier 5,200 lb axles give more headroom on payload than the common 3,500 lb pair.
The frame is angle-iron steel, stiffened by a tongue that extends back to the first axle. At the rear, the dovetail eases loading and the gate, braced with five internal supports, folds onto the deck. You get six D-rings on a #1 treated-pine floor, diamond plate fenders, a thick baked powder coat, electric brakes with a breakaway kit, LED lights, a front-mounted spare holder and a recessed jack.
Coupler and safety chains are part of the package.
