Description
A 16 ft steel-frame cabin, $13,000. Sixteen by 7.4 by 7.7 ft, 3,461 lb, in the same aluminium-panel construction as the 13 ft and 20 ft units.
Sixteen feet gives roughly 99 square feet against the 13 ft unit's 80 — the difference between a room that holds a bed or a desk and one that holds both. Structure, panels, glazing and door are identical across the range, so the only variable is length and weight.
White fluorocarbon-coated aluminium-plastic exterior panels over a steel frame, wood-plastic gusset board inside, double-layer push-out windows, an aluminium alloy folding door and a 42 lb/ft² snow load rating. Electrical outlets with USB are fitted; completing the installation to US wiring standards is a licensed electrician's job.
