The distinguishing feature is the data cabling. A site office that arrives pre-cabled for power, telephone and computer connections saves a first-fix electrical visit and gets a project management team working on day one rather than day four.
Construction is steel including the doors, built for harsh environments, with a wall lining that keeps noise out and warmth in, R-11 insulation on walls and ceiling and a 125 A panel box. Internal dimensions are 5,770 by 2,150 by 2,440 mm against external dimensions of 6,058 by 2,438 by 2,896 mm — note the high cube exterior height, which is what gives the 2,440 mm interior after lining.
Optional extras include a high-security puck door lock, plan tables, tables and chairs, shelving brackets, pipe racks and a 10 kPa hoarding platform.
