Description
A 7 × 14 ft hydraulic dump trailer with 3 ft sides and a telescopic hoist, on two 7,000 lb axles at 14,000 lb GVWR, carrying a listed 10,096 lb payload — a shorter box for heavy material.
Taking two feet off the box saves weight rather than capacity. At a listed curb weight of 3,904 lb, this trailer keeps the same 14K rating as its 16 ft siblings but frees up more of that rating for the load, which is why its payload figure is higher. For rock, dirt and concrete, the shorter box is often the smarter choice.
The telescopic three-stage cylinder is rated for a 10,000 lb dump. It runs off a 12 V pump and deep-cycle marine battery, with the controls in a key-locked box at the front. The 10-gauge steel bed sits on 2 × 3 in cross members at 16 in spacing, and the two-way rear gate spreads or swings open.
Overall length is 222 in. Five welded 5,000 lb D-rings, 80 in C-channel ramps on the fenders, 16 in radials, equalized leaf springs, LED lights and a 7,000 lb drop-leg jack.
