Description
White with a blackout trim package, .080 in polycore exterior walls and a one-piece seamless roof — the upgraded shell on a standard twelve-foot V-nose.
The .080 in polycore walls are the substantive part. Thin bonded aluminum skin dents from a stone or a shoulder and fades over a few summers; polycore at this thickness resists dents, warping and fading, and it holds its finish. The one-piece roof has no seam to leak, which is where most enclosed trailers eventually let water in.
A single 3,500 lb leaf spring axle keeps it light for the size. Inside, 6 ft of height with 3/8 in plywood walls that take shelving screws and a 3/4 in plywood floor that takes point loads. A 32 in side entry door with a bar lock gets you in without lowering the ramp, a driver-side vent controls condensation, and a Ram A-frame jack sits on the tongue.
