This is the compact end of living-quarters trailers. The 7 ft width and 20 ft box keep the empty weight to a listed 5,500 lb, and the GVWR is 12,500 lb, well below the big 8 ft LQs. If your truck is not a dually, this is the size class worth looking at.
An 8 ft short wall and 13 ft long wall fit a sofa, a kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop and microwave, air conditioning, a furnace, and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The glide-out gives more floor when parked. Fresh, gray and black holding tanks, a water heater, LP and 110 V wiring make it self-contained.
The two-horse area has an escape door and a walk-through to the quarters. Inside height is 7 ft 6 in over an aluminum floor, on 6,000 lb axles and 15 in tires, with a hydraulic jack, a spare and an awning.
