Description

A twelve-foot pizza trailer with a half wall and barn doors above at the rear, a 4 ft × 6 ft concession window, a Metro half-size proofer and an Arctic Air pizza prep unit.

The half wall with barn doors above is an unusual rear treatment and a practical one — the lower half stays solid so counters and equipment can run to it, while the upper doors open for loading and ventilation. Note that the pizza ovens are customer-supplied and are not included in the price; everything else listed is fitted.

The equipment list is specific: a Metro half-size proofer, an Arctic Air APP48R pizza prep table, a 30 in × 72 in stainless table with under shelf and an 18 in × 48 in stainless table with under shelf, plus 4.5 ft of base cabinet, a 4 ft shelf and an upper shelf in the V-nose. Power is 100 amp with 20 amp plugs on independent circuits, with A/C and heat. Hand-wash sink package with a 2.5 gal heater and city fill box, rubber flooring, insulated walls and ceiling, a 36 in access door, an RV-style door with window, two powered roof vents, crank jacks on all four corners, tandem 3,500 lb braked axles, 7 ft inside.
