Description
A 5×8 straight-deck utility trailer with 2 ft mesh sides and a tall spring-assisted gate on one 3,500 lb axle — a small, easy-to-store trailer for yard work and hauling around town.
This is the trailer for the garden center, the dump and the occasional furniture pickup. Five by eight is manageable behind a small SUV or crossover, and two-foot mesh sides keep mulch bags, branches and boxes from sliding off while staying light.
The tall rear gate is spring-assisted and folds down to form the ramp. The single greaseable axle rides on 15 in steel wheels and tires, under black diamond plate fenders. The floor is pressure-treated wood with tie-down points, the tongue is C-channel, and the powder-coat finish resists chipping. LED lights are fully wired, and coupler, jack and safety chains are included.
