A 5×8 powder-coated dovetail utility trailer with 2 ft mesh sides on a single Lippert 3,500 lb axle — a small, light open trailer for homeowners, push mowers and weekend errands.
Five by eight tows behind nearly anything with a hitch and stores upright or tucked beside a shed. The short dovetail lowers the rear for rolling a mower or a wheelbarrow aboard, and two-foot mesh sides keep bags and brush from sliding off.
Despite the size, the gate is reinforced with five internal supports and folds forward onto the deck. One greaseable Lippert axle carries it on radial tires and 15 in steel rims. The frame is A-frame construction, coated in baked-on powder, and the Its lighting is LED and wired from the factory. A recessed jack, safety chains and coupler are included.
At $2,460 it is an inexpensive way into a properly built trailer.
