Anti-vandal construction means sheet steel throughout with a steel external door on two deadlocks and a steel shutter over the window. It stands on its own corner posts with no jacklegs needed, and stacks with other units of the same size.

Inside, the finish is built for a working crew: sealed vinyl floor, wipe-clean wall boards, insulated walls and ceiling, sliding single-glazed windows. External dimensions are 3.66 by 2.44 by 2.7 m with 3.41 by 2.195 by 2.3 m inside, on an 18 mm particle board floor. The door is 0.8 by 1.99 m. Water in, waste out and a power feed are site work.
