Description
A 10 ft by 10 ft jackleg site cabin, $4,198 — an open-plan cabin on four adjustable legs, so it levels on ground that is not.
Jacklegs are the point. Wind them down and the cabin sits level on rough ground without blocking, packing or a prepared base, and wind them up and it travels. External width is 3.05 m on the legs retracted and 3.18 m with them extended, which is worth knowing when you plan the position.
The unit is a fixed open-plan design with windows and doors in set positions and a limited option list, which is what keeps it in stock and keeps the price down. Vinyl floor as standard with carpet available on request, goosewing grey exterior, and an electric timed panel heater. Internal height is 2.3 m.
