A new 12 ft by 10 ft portable cabin on adjustable jacklegs, in an open-plan layout with or without a fitted canteen. It gives site teams, farms and event staff a heated room fast and at a low price.
Keeping the design fixed is how this cabin stays cheap and in stock. Windows and the door are in set positions and the option list is short, so there is nothing to build to order. What you get is a single open room clad in goosewing grey plastisol, with a vinyl floor and an electric panel heater on a timer. Carpet can be fitted instead of vinyl if requested.
The jacklegs let the cabin stand level on uneven ground without a slab. Allow for them when planning the position: the body is 3.05 m wide, but the legs take the overall width to 3.18 m. Inside there is 3.46 m by 2.85 m of floor with 2.3 m of headroom, and the door is 0.8 m wide.
It is a good fit for a site welfare room, a farm office or a check-in point at a show ground. Anyone who wants to choose window positions or add partitions should look at built-to-order cabins instead.
