Description
A new one-trip 45 ft high cube: 3,037 cubic feet of storage in factory paint, with a 10,362 lb tare and a 56,835 lb payload rating. $7,500.
One-trip means the box was built overseas and carried a single paid load into the United States before being sold — so the paint is unmarked, the floor has never been worked over, and the doors close the way the factory set them. On a container this long that matters more than it does on a 20 ft, because a 45 ft box that has been dropped or racked is expensive to bring back into square.
The extra five feet over a 40 ft high cube is free volume for anyone with the yard space: same width, same height, same corner castings, same door opening. It stacks and lifts like any ISO container. What it will not do is fit a standard 40 ft chassis, and it needs a longer straight run for the delivery truck.
