The expandable format solves the transport problem that limits every other prefab: a unit that unfolds to 380 square feet still ships within a single load. Once open, the walls, roof and floor are structural rather than temporary.
The roof is flame-retardant foam with an aluminium-magnesium-manganese thermal insulation layer. Flooring is glass magnesium board under 0.08 in wear-resistant laminate leather. The bathroom carries a stainless shower valve, sprinkler, rod, curtain rack, floor drain and door stopper, with a WPC and frosted glass door. The main door is a lockable aluminium security door. Hinge pulley blocks are rated 2,000 lb on a 5 mm wire rope.
Twelve photographs show the unit expanded. Site preparation, level bearing and any local permit are the buyer's responsibility.
