Description
A forty-foot four-horse Razor gooseneck with living quarters, a slide-out and a walk-in closet — 33 ft of floor length inside the 40 ft overall.
The walk-in closet is the reason this unit is described the way it is. Storage is what runs out first on a living quarters trailer that people actually live in for a circuit, and a full closet rather than a wardrobe changes what you can take. A slide-out and extruded siding across the full width give the interior its floor area.
The horse area runs four slant stalls with full stud dividers at the first and last, drop-down windows with jail bars on the head side, sliding windows with bars on the tail side, feed mangers, padded dividers, roof vents and four tie rings per side. A hay rack with ladder, generator, awning, escape door, rubber dock bumper, porch light and hydraulic jack are fitted. The seller records this as a used trailer with some wear and tear, in overall good condition — read that as written and inspect before buying.
