Description
A 10 ft steel-frame tiny office, $7,500. Ten by 7.4 by 7.7 ft, 1,918 lb, on a galvanized steel pipe frame with insulated panels and a 42 lb/ft² snow load rating.
The frame is 1.6 by 1.6 in galvanized steel pipe, with a 2.54 in roof and 2.56 in wall panels using B1 fire-grade insulation board. Interior clear dimensions are 92 by 81.5 in. Windows are double-layer push-out; the door frame is broken-bridge aluminium alloy, which is a thermal break design rather than a solid extrusion.
Fit-out includes electrical outlets with USB, and interior surfaces in wood-plastic gusset board and EO-grade ecological board. Applicable voltage is 110 V at 16 A — but the manufacturer states plainly that the unit is not wired to US standards and that an electrician must complete the installation. Treat that as a requirement, not a suggestion.
