Description
A 7×16 dovetail utility trailer with 6 ft mesh sides, ladder racks and two Lippert 5,200 lb axles — a heavy-duty open trailer for roofers, painters and tree crews carrying ladders and bulk debris.
The ladder racks carry extension ladders or lumber above the cargo, and the six-foot mesh sides contain brush, shingles or scrap below. The 5,200 lb axles are a step up from the usual 3,500 lb pair, giving real capacity for heavy loads, with electric brakes and a breakaway kit.
Construction is angle-iron steel with a wrap-around tongue that runs back to the first wheel so the frame does not flex over the years. The dovetail lowers the rear, and the loading gate has five internal supports and folds forward into the bed. The floor is #1 pressure-treated pine with six D-ring points. Diamond plate fenders, baked powder coat, fully wired LED lights, a front spare tire holder and a recessed jack round it out.
