Description
The tandem-axle version of the low-sided twelve-foot dovetail: same deck and one-foot mesh, two 3,500 lb axles underneath.
Adding the second axle to a short deck is about stability and payload rather than length. Two 3,500 lb axles spread the load across four tires, track noticeably straighter above 45 mph, and give you the margin to carry something dense — a pallet of block, a small machine — on a trailer you would otherwise treat as a light-duty tool.
The one-foot mesh sides stay low so you can load over the rail from either side, and the dovetail with a reinforced ramp handles anything wheeled. C-channel tongue, pressure-treated pine deck, diamond-plate fender, powder-coated finish, 15 in wheels, built-in tie-downs and a spare tire holder.
