A stacked two-container welfare unit at $11,099: a 20 ft testing room locked on top of a 40 ft amenities block, with separate male and female sections, toilets, showers and independent hot water in each container.

The structural detail worth knowing is how the two boxes are joined. A central post with a corner casting at the top was added inside the 40 ft, so the 20 ft above locks into standard castings and the assembly behaves as one unit rather than as a box balanced on a box.

Both containers are lined with 50 mm insulation panel for thermal and acoustic performance, floored in vinyl for cleaning, and carry their own full electrical fit-out and their own independent hot water system — which means the upper testing room does not lose hot water when the showers below are running. Placement, connection and any permit for an occupied structure are the buyer's responsibility.
