This is bulk plant scale storage: 30,000 gallons of water capacity, holding around 24,000 gallons of product at an 80 percent fill. Vessels of this size are the primary storage at a terminal, a satellite plant or a large agricultural operation, feeding vaporisers, a distribution loop or a bobtail loading rack.

The record we hold for this vessel gives a 200 psi design pressure and an 86,000 pound empty weight. Standard propane service in the United States is a 250 psig vessel, so a 200 psi rating points either to a different service or to a nameplate that needs reading in person. We would rather say that plainly than publish a number that turns out to be the wrong one for your application.

Ask us to confirm the nameplate, the National Board number and the design temperature against the unit in stock before you commit, and have a qualified engineer confirm that the vessel suits the product you intend to store. Transport is an oversize load; routing and offload are agreed before dispatch.
