Bamboo flooring is the reason this unit exists as a separate product. It is harder and denser than Keruing plywood, it does not splinter, and sealed it wipes clean — which is why self-storage operators specify it. Customers dragging boxes and furniture across a plywood deck will eventually put a hole in it; bamboo takes that abuse and looks presentable while doing so.

Cubic capacity is 1,172 cu ft on a 30 tonne CSC plate, with full Cor-Ten construction, exterior hinged double doors, two locking bars per leaf, a factory lock box as standard, forklift pockets on both sides and eight vents to keep condensation off the contents.
