2023 4 Star 2+1 gooseneck

Description

A 4-Star 2+1 gooseneck at 23 ft long, 6 ft 10 in wide and 8 ft tall, with a WERM floor, EZ Lift ramps and a walk-through door.

The 2+1 layout gives two straight stalls plus a box stall, which is the arrangement people buy when they need somewhere to put a foal, a stallion, or a horse that cannot travel alongside others. Eight feet of exterior height on a 23 ft trailer is generous and means good clearance above the poll for tall horses.

A WERM floor is poured rubber bonded to the deck — seamless, well drained and much quieter underfoot than bare aluminum, which is the difference for a horse that loads badly. EZ Lift ramps reduce the effort of raising and lowering, a walk-through door connects the tack area to the stalls without going outside, and a hydraulic jack handles the pin weight. A quiet ride, in the seller’s words. Being used stock, the floor and the ramps are worth seeing in person, or asking about, before it ships.
