2018 Platinum Coach 3 Horse Bumper Pull

Description

A three-horse bumper pull at a full 8 ft wide and 7 ft 6 in tall, on two 5,200 lb 8-bolt axles with 10-ply tires — recorded at 4,575 lb empty.

Eight feet of width on a bumper-pull three-horse is unusual and it is the reason to look at this one. Width is what lets a horse stand square rather than braced against a divider, and combined with 7 ft 6 in of height it is a genuinely comfortable trailer for large animals. Eight-bolt 5,200 lb axles and 10-ply 235/85R16E radials match the weight.

The fit-out is thorough: three drop-down windows with bars on the head wall, drop-downs on the butt wall too, two mangers with access doors, an escape door on the first horse with its own drop-down, a removable baby panel on the first divider, bus windows in the rear doors, rubber-lined walls, padded dividers and rubber mats through the dressing room as well. Twenty-five bridle hooks across the rear tack, dressing room and first manger, a 3-tier swing-out blanket bar, two brush trays, a permanent carpeted rear tack sealed floor to roof, 50/50 rear doors, a 6 ft hayrack with ladder and a fold-up step. Extended and reinforced tongue, single-leg jack with removable caster, spare in the dressing room.
