2013 model Cimarron 3 Horse Bumper Pull

Description

An all-aluminum three-horse bumper pull, 6 ft 9 in wide by 16 ft long by 7 ft tall, at 10,400 lb GVWR on tandem 5,200 lb rubber torsion axles with brakes on all four wheels.

Brakes on all four wheels rather than the rear axle only is the specification to note, and at a 10,400 lb GVWR it is the right one — a fully loaded three-horse trailer stopping on a hill is exactly the situation where two braked wheels are not enough. Rubber torsion axles also ride more smoothly than leaf springs and need no equalising linkage.

Double Plexiglass slats run the head wall and rump wall with a full back gate, which lets you close the trailer down for winter hauling and open it up for summer. The dressing room carries six hooks, a three-tier saddle rack and a cargo light; the horse compartment has two dividers, two dome lights, rubber floor mats and rubber on the rump wall. No escape door is fitted — worth knowing if you are used to having one. One-piece aluminum roof, rubber bumper, load light over the rear door and on the kurb side, matching 10-ply Goodyear ST235/80R16 on 16 in six-hole steel rims, 2-5/16 in Fulton coupler, 7-way RV plug.
