The 2+1 layout exists because mixed sites need separate provision without two separate units. Male and female sections have independent external doors, so there is no shared lobby and no ambiguity about which facility is which.

Built on the jackleg range, so it levels on its own legs. It needs connection to electricity, water and waste and nothing else, which is what makes it suitable for short and medium-term projects. The Plastisol clad finish is low maintenance and available in a choice of cladding colours. Bespoke builds incorporating showers or other facilities can be discussed.
