A Demco Pro 60 skid-mounted ATV and UTV sprayer: a 60 gallon UV-resistant tank with integrated baffling and a sloped sump, a 5 gpm electric pump, a 6 ft 6 in. dual-nozzle boom and a wand on a 15 ft hose.

A skid sprayer is the simplest way to put chemical application onto a machine you already own. The unit drops into the bed of a UTV or onto an ATV rack, runs off the vehicle's electrical system, and comes off again when the machine is needed for something else. It suits spot spraying, fence lines, food plots, small acreage and the kind of work that does not justify a mounted rig.

The tank is the part that matters over time. UV-resistant polyethylene resists the sunlight that cracks cheap tanks, integrated baffling stops the load surging when the vehicle turns or brakes on a slope, and the sloped bottom sump means the pump can actually draw the last of the mix rather than leaving it in the corners. The pump is a 5 gpm electric unit.

Application is by either of two paths: the included 6 ft 6 in. boom with dual nozzles on 40 inch spacing for covering ground, or the handgun on a 15 ft hose for spot work. Check the bed dimensions and the payload rating on your machine before ordering, since a full 60 gallon tank is around 500 pounds of liquid on its own.
