A fully fitted twelve-foot cook trailer: 36 in × 5 ft commercial grease hood, sinks-and-tanks package with a 6 gal heater, and ATP stone guard around the entire body.

Wrapping the stone guard around the whole trailer rather than the nose alone is unusual and worth having on a unit that spends its life reversing onto grass and gravel at events. Two 36 in entry doors with view windows plus a 36 in access door give three ways in, which matters when two people are working and one is carrying something.

The plumbing is specified properly: a 30 gal fresh to 50 gal waste tank pairing with a 6 gal water heater, a splash guard between the hand sink and the adjacent surface, and a city water fill box.
