Description
Sixteen feet with 24 in sides at 14,000 lb GVWR — about eight cubic yards — lifted by a telescopic cylinder rather than a scissor hoist.
A telescopic cylinder extends much further than a fixed one, which raises the box to a steeper angle at full lift. That is the difference between wet clay or damp sand sliding out cleanly and having to climb in with a shovel. The pump runs 3,200 PSI on the way up and lowers at 0 PSI, so the box comes down under its own weight.
The box is 192 in long by 82.5 in wide, with the floor at 29 in and the coupler at 18 in. Crossmembers are 2 in × 3 in tube on 16 in centers, fenders are 14-gauge formed treadplate, and the stake pockets are 2 in × 4 in tube. Eighty-inch C-channel fender-mounted ramps, an adjustable 7,000 lb top-wind drop-leg jack, a deep-cycle marine battery, a 3-piece plug-and-play wiring harness and a 7-pin round connector.
