20ft Double-Door Shipping Container

Description

A 20 ft double door container at $2,500, listed at 9 ft 6 in exterior height — a high cube shell with cargo doors at both ends.

Note the height. The recorded specification for this unit is 9 ft 6 in outside, which puts the interior near 8 ft 10 in rather than the 7 ft 10 in of a standard-height box. On a double door container that extra foot is worth having, because a tunnel container is usually bought to be walked through rather than reached into.

Interior dimensions vary slightly between builders depending on wall and floor construction. Four photographs accompany the listing.
