Drive in/out means ramp doors at both ends, so sleds are driven straight through rather than reversed out — which on a five-place trailer in a parking lot in February is the difference between a fifteen-minute load and an hour. Rear door opening is 91 by 72 in, front 64 by 72 in.
The galvanized package covers torsion axles and 13 in wheels, which on a trailer that sees road salt every weekend is the component that fails first. Construction is all aluminium on a 2 in by 5 in subframe with 16 in on-centre wall and roof studs and 24 in on-centre floor crossmembers, with two 3K torsion ride braked axles, 24 in stoneguard, full-length slide tracks with sliding D-rings and 3/4 in decking. Tapered front and rear ramps with spring assist, a rear door canopy with lights, an interior elevated spare mount and two 14 by 14 in fuel doors are fitted.
