Description
A pre-owned 2022 Diamond C 7 × 24 ft low-profile equipment trailer rated 20,000 lb GVWR, with a 36 in self-cleaning dovetail and Max ramps, for hauling heavy machines at a low deck height.
Low profile means the deck sits between the fenders rather than over them. You lose some width compared with a deckover, but the deck is lower to the ground, so loading angles are gentler and the centre of gravity with a heavy machine on board is lower. For a tall excavator or a loader that needs to clear bridges, that height saving is useful.
The frame is Diamond C's engineered beam, with 3 in I-beam crossmembers on 12 in centres, closer spacing than usual for concentrated track loads. Two 10,000 lb torsion straight axles carry electric drum brakes. Fenders are 3/16 in diamond plate.
It has a 20K flat-mount coupler on a tongue integral with the frame, a 12K drop-leg jack, a heavy-duty V-tongue box with lid, a fork holder, a winch mounting plate, a spare mount, six stake pockets and four D-rings, all-LED lights and treated decking. Metallic blue; listed at 4,380 lb empty and 15,620 lb payload.
